This issue can happen (most commonly on mac machines) when the plugin or zip file has been copied from one computer to another, rather than being downloaded from our website. Moving the file from one computer to another can cause permissions issues, even if the plugin is set to read/write/execute for everyone.

To resolve this issue, delete the plugin and all files and folders related to the plugin which you copied from another computer computer and download a fresh copy from our website directly on to the target machine.
