- Reproduce the issue
- Goto FileMaker Pro preferences (Important to do this BEFORE shutting down FileMaker)
- Select Plugins tab
- Select the plugin from list (highlight the line)
- Click
Configure
below the list - Click
Report a Bug
button - Fill out and send the bug report
This will send us the plugin log with hopefully a stacktrace showing the problem.
