General support questions and help are always free. If you'd like us to help troubleshoot issues specific to your setup and environment, it may be considered hourly consulting work.
At an hourly rate, we can remotely connect into your computer using screen sharing and install and integrate our products into your solution. We'd be happy to integrate your plug-ins, create custom plug-ins, or general FileMaker development. 360Works is a Platinum member of the FileMaker Business Alliance, has six certified FileMaker developers on staff, and has been providing FileMaker-based solutions for 15 years.
