[edit] List all locations of log files
When troubleshooting a problem that you're having, we may ask you to send us a copy of your log files. The log file locations are listed here: Plugin log files.
[edit] Username and password are not working
AdminAnywhere uses the command line fmsadminto do it's stuff, so you can test this yourself by switching to the dir containing fmsadmin (it's 'C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Server\Database Server' on Windows and '/Library/FileMaker Server/Database Server/bin' on OS X) and then doing this command:
fmsadmin --username YourUserName --password YourPassword -v
If this works with your user name and password substituted in, then so will AdminAnywhere.
