Windows
XP or S2003: C:\Documents and Settings\<userName>\My Documents\360Plugin Logs\360Plugins_XXXXX.log Vista, 7, or S2008: C:\Users\<userName>\Documents\360Plugin Logs\360Plugins_XXXXX.log

If the problem involves a crash, we may also need you to send us a crash log. On Windows, after a crash, there will probably be a file on your desktop called hs_err_pidXXXX.log, where the XXXX is a random number. On Macintosh, the crash file is located here:
