| methodOfPayment | "CC" or "Terminal" or "PaymentToken" (defaults to "CC" if left blank) |
| terminalID | the ID of the terminal to be used for payment (only read if "Terminal" is selected for methodOfPayment) |
| paymentToken | token provided by API's tokenizer |
