Zulu Multiple Machines
Using a Multiple Machine Set Up with FileMaker Server
Overview
Zulu's default configuration is for a standard single machine set-up for FileMaker Server where all 3 components, Database Server, Web Publishing Engine and Web Server, are on the same machine. FileMaker Server can also be set up with a multiple machine configuration where these components are on 2 or 3 separate machines. In this case please refer to your FileMaker Server documentation for the proper ways to set up this configuration. Please confirm that your configuration is correct and that XML Web Publishing functioning properly before attempting to install and set-up Zulu. You can use the following URL to confirm that XML is deployed properly and that the different components are communicating correctly:

We have more on troubleshooting this in the "Is It Your Server Section?" here.
Set Up
In a multiple machine environment you'll want to install Zulu on the machine with the Web Publishing Engine. You'll also need to adjust the ip address in the Publish Calendar script to reference the IP address of the appropriate machine as this script uses Get ( HostIPAddress ) by default. There may be some other configuration changes to make, so please refer to our Troubleshooting section for more details.
